Over all okay

Front office (guy) staff who was working at the evening. He made me feel so uncomfortable. Never looked at the eyes, several times I had to talk to him. His behavior was unbelievably cold! I don't have any clue the reason of such behaviors! Others, overall very good.

Everything. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Clean toilets. Designated smoking areas.

Staffs are good. Breakfast is good too.

The beds are not comfortable

First of all, thanks for the upgrades. All were good. In this case. But I hate waiting time.

I think you should rethink your mattress. It's not friendly. And not much soft. Not comfortable.

Breakfast, Behaviour, promptness

There was a pungent smell in the washroom. The bed was too noisy. Slightly shift of weight and it would make quirky noise.

Location is good; and it’s fairly clean.

The squeaks, AC takes too long to cool down the room.

Real value for money. Comfortable, friendly staff, in a good location if you know how to get around.

The breakfast was ok.

It has been 2x spent in the same room with AC damage and leaking with noisy sounds. I have requested to the Hotel not to give same room, but ended up with same room with Damage AC

Nothing except the reception lounge and the breakfast.

The person who handles the online system is terrible. I've tried contacting them several times, but they haven't responded. Right before check out, that's before 45 minutes; they want me to pay extra. Is this normal behaviour? And moreover, the room smells terrible too. And the room looks old.

Dirty bedsheets with bloodstains, nauseating smell of air freshener and mosquito repellent, ceiling in shower leaked, and convoluted, suspicious billing (6 partial payments, pressure by management to make two partial payments in cash, and final bill that made no sense).

Room amenities and decorations were nice enough. Staffs( security/ door man) standing at the entry point were friendly. Issues found were shared with concerned and they tried their best resolving it right then.

FO staffs to be more professional, should be customer centric specially during check in. Additionally, FO staff to brief customer about service details first instead of asking to pay off the service charges.

I liked the hotel room was neat and cleaned. Also staff Was helpful especially Mr. Ismail and Ms Lina.

Didn't liked breakfast menu and vegetarian food was very less.

Booking .com price is very higher than other occupier and even direct booking at counter .For Bangladesh direct contact to hotel is better option than online specially booking .com

Service: from the moment you arrived till checkout, service and staff were superb. All the staff were brilliant and attentive without being overwhelming. Very professional and well trained. Room: Very comfy bed, duvet, and mattress, excellent shower and hot water, powerful a/c. minor wear and tear, but negligible to the naked eye. Food: Breakfast was varied, definitely enough to fuel you for a good day. I didn't try the restaurant as there are plenty of options nearby for delivery. Location: Lovely central area in the better part of Dhaka. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and even extended for a few more days. Within its budget range, I would say it ticks all the boxes, great value for money for what you get in the area.

I REALLY LIKE THE STAFF WHO GREETS ME AND LIKED TO QUICK CHECK INN.I WAS REALLY TIRED FOR LONG FLIGHT BUT STRAIGHT WAY I WENT TO THE ROOM.ROOM WAS COOL AND WELL ORGANIZED .I WILL STAY NEXT TIME IF I TRAVEL TO DHAKA.I ALSO RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND WELL WISHER TO TRAVEL BANGLADESH AND STAY BENGAL CANARY PARK

HOTEL NEED TO MORE BRIGHT SPECIALLY CORRIDOR AND NEED TO SERVE COFFEE FROM BREWER .I WAS OFFERED NORMAL FLAT WHITE BUT I DO NOT LIKE THIS.

Very poor

That was a COVID quarantine hotel specially for the middle east passengers. The hotel did not mention it. I had to run after staying 1 night out of fear though I paid for 3 nights stay & the hotel did not even reimburse me the rest of the money. I am a frequent guest of booking.com but this experience was worst. I didn't expect it from them. I wish I could take legal action against both hotel & booking.com to offer accommodation to quarantine hotels.
